Wall-flush Doorframes

The linear and plain design of the wall-flush frame models for doors and glazing is one of Küffner’s hallmarks. Defined edge radii with a radius of only 0.5 mm, as well as the unmistakable visual appeal from anodised or else powder-coated surfaces can only be generated with extruded aluminium. The high-quality surfaces and outstanding workmanship, together with a well-thought through fastening technology ensures a durable tolerance of the overall construction, which fulfils the claim of sustainability. The well-thought out system of basic frames with aluminium plastering or dry wall construction edge profile facilitates a practicable mounting through the production of a precise wall opening prior to the completion of the wall surfaces. The clamshell aluminium frames are mounted right at the end after the rendering, plasterers and painters and flooring, together with the wooden or glass door leaves.

USBV-G

The one with the shadow groove. Model USBV-G

Through the combination of the classic model of our HARDLINE aluminium frames with a basic frame mounted in advance, the shadow groove width can be variably constructed between 2 and 13mm. In addition to the object hinges with three-dimensional adjustability, the rebate-side of 40mm allows for the use of concealed bands (Tectus, Basys). The profile depths and rim widths of these frames are tailor-made to existing wall widths by the manufacturers. The material gauge amounts to a consistent 3mm, the mitre corner joints are concealed, screwed together and glued. The 3-D fastening anchor allows for a torsion free and exact mounting of the frames. So as to continue the visual appeal of the shadow groove down to the floor, the frames can be used in connection with the wall-flush skirting profile type XN or X.

FZS

The slim. Model FZS

The filigree SLIMLINE frame, with a viewed frame of only 10mm, stands for the intentional reduction of a “door frame”. The slim mirror width of the aluminium frame forms a minimalist and discreet edging of the door leaves, protects the wall soffit in the passageway and forms the sturdy incorporation for bands and skirting plate. The profile depth conforms to the requirements of the wall thickness. By combining aluminium frames with the wall-flush skirting profiles of type X or XN, reduction to the essential from wall to floor can be continued. Optionally, the frames can also protrude up to 10mm in front of the wall surface so as to compensate for tolerances, or else to “detach” the entire door element from the wall. In this case, the combination with the mounted baseboard, aluminium type G.

LZBS

The shaft side flush-mounted. Model LZBS.

The supplement to the SLIMLINE frames through the requirements of a reciprocal band-flush door element, led to the most recent development of the soffit frames. The positioning of the band in the frame soffit facilitates the reciprocal flush-mounted installation of a door element with aluminium frames. The doors open in the soffit and thus in the space beneath it. With a mirror width on both sides of 18mm, as well as a profile depth of 72mm, the construction can be ideally combined with doors measuring a thickness of 70mm and a soffit-rebate edging. The additional soffit cladding of the frame is based on the wall thickness. Due to the wall-flush version of the door element, the combination offers itself, likewise with the wall-flush skirting profile of type X.
